How to create our own GIF fakes or video ?

Well i would like to know how to create our own animated GIF or video

For exemple if i have video of a girl talking and i want to swap the fake on an other girl from an other video ?
Stuff like that. Because i fake layer by layer it took me a lot of time so if some of you have some technique :)

Get her to let you film her in front of a green screen... Otherwise, you would have to go through frame by frame, which is probably 30 or 60 fps. If I had the time for such an undertaking.

You'll have to find the right clip of a video where the model has a similar body type, movements, skin tone, lighting, angles, etc. In the event you find such a clip, you can use Premier Pro or an equivalent free, open-source program like OpenShot. The last time I used OpenShot it was pretty unstable but I'm sure it has improved and I wouldn't be surprised if other good alternatives existed. Free programs like Pot Player let you easily save single frames from videos and gives you a lot of control over playback, but you can't assemble anything with it.

Maybe aim for a GIF with about 10 FPS. it'll be choppy but you'll still get some motion. You can only have 256 colors with GIFs so don't expect a UHD 4K experience lol

Or you can pay a guy like me a few hundred bucks to do it for you ;)
